Stock Home Plans

I am a proud associate and contributor to Artform Home Plans.  This is a new concept in stock/internet home plans started by New Hampshire architect Wendy Welton.  Unlike many plans you will find on an endless number of other sites, Wendy has been putting together a collection of architect-designed plans which are compliant with the 2006 International Residential Code and are "Ready to Build- Really".   She has also been assembling a nation-wide network of architects who all work in the same software, Chief Architect, and thus each set of plans available are also fully editable as a virtual 3D model by any architect in the network, both for purposes of minor, or major, design revisions, or the often necessary extra work to get the plans through your particular area's building department.  This is all included in the Our Promise section of Artform Home Plans, and is not available on most internet plans sites you will see.

Many other internet plans available come with blanket disclaimers as to their suitability for your particular area.  Artform Home Plans doesn't just sell you some paper, we also strive to help you through the entire permitting and building process as well.  You may find several of my designs available there, as well as a large selection of other ones from Wendy and other architects in the network.  This can be a viable cost-saving approach for those seeking experienced, quality, professional design at a very affordable price.
