This was the last custom house I designed and built before going into just the design end of the business full time.  It is nestled on the top of a knoll on 15 acres, among beautiful mature oaks, in rural Arroyo Grande.  The clients wanted a timeless Mediterranean look with simple detailing.  The site commands some very nice views of the local mountains.  Click on any of the images below for a larger views.
