The main objectives in this remodel/addition project, besides a complete renovation, was to connect the upper and lower floor with an enclosed stairwell (where formerly the downstairs areas were only accessible from outside) and to add a spacious master suite.  For cost reasons, we tried to work with the somewhat dated style of the existing and give it a fresh look.  The site has a beautiful view of San Luis Obispo and the Cuesta mountain areas beyond.
